Hardcore Holidays! Days 1-7
Many of you are only finding out about the challenge late in the game, but it’s never too late to start! It’s simple: 14 days, 14 challenges and 1000 burpees.
Split it up however you like: you can do the challenges in your regular workouts, random reps throughout your day or smushed together (multiple challenges on one day). For the burpees, it’s easier to have a few high volume days to give yourself rest days when needed.
